A video review of the Motorola Droid Pro on Verizon Wireless. The Droid Pro is a QWERTY bar Android OS 2.2 Froyo smartphone. It’s a global phone and that means it works on Verizon’s network in the US and on GSM networks abroad. The Droid Pro competes with the BlackBerry and adds Exchange ActiveSync with push email, VPN support and remote wipe to the usual Android formula. It’s a fast phone with a 1GHz CPU but it has a relatively small 3.1″ HVGA display.

Samsung Epic 4G!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I would never buy such a phone or any similar because of the horrible formfactor. There are too many compromises (small low-res screen + small qwerty). If I want to type some text I use the on screen keyboard on a big screen and if I want to write really long texts I use a big slide-out qwerty.
perfect I android blackberry you dont know how long I ve waited for this
just to give my 2 cents; the phone is very top heavy. at first glance, you wouldnt think it is, but pick it up and you wouldnt feel safe holding it with just one hand. i also find it odd that this can record hd video but the droid 2 cant. why? the droid 2 is much better suited to that. anyways, great review as always. btw lisa, when do you think you will get the nexus s? cant wait for that one.
@psp785 lol i guess if you keep telling yourself something you will believe it….
I like the idea, but the screen is so small.
Good review as always, Lisa.
@oldmanwhithers…I second that; her reviews are the best on the web: in depth and straight to the point. Nice phone is great, but the 3.1″ screen is too small for me.
I would gladly take this phone over the Blackberry 9800 but I have no reason to get a new phone because my n900 owns
While I’m not particularly sold on this phone (Ive always been big on HTC since the O2 days) can I just say that your reviews are far above any others that Ive seen on youtube. Keep up the great work.
omg your video camera is the best.
On flash videos, tap and hold, then you will get an option to go full screen. Just a tip for future Android videos you make.
what a ugly phone (=
